The American College of Apothecaries (ACA), with support from the ACA Research & Education Foundation, established the ACA Research & Education Resource Center in 1998. The purpose of the Center is to provide technical and professional information to help ACA Fellows develop and strengthen their innovative pharmacy practice programs. Functions of the Center include:
The ACA Research & Education Resource Center is located in Bartlett, Tennessee, a suburb of Memphis. The building houses a library containing hundreds of books and journals related to topics ranging from marketing and management of your pharmacy to establishing a disease management program and measuring economic outcomes.
The ACA Research & Education Resource Center provides an inquiry support line for ACA Fellows to use. The Center is designed to help ACA Fellows and other health care professionals find answers to their questions. Each inquiry is handled by the Center’s professional staff and consultants with additional support from experts in pharmacy and medicine from throughout the United States.
